Anna Rubin

Anna Rubin, humanist-artist, paints in oil on Belgian linen using Old Masters Techniques in her own Avant-garde Classical Realism style since 2004.

 

With innovative preparation and sensitivity for detail, she combines unique art objects, light and colour imbuing her artwork with immortal beauty, serenity and aesthetic joy.

 

Anna Rubin’s art is a vivid dialog between past and present, an ode of joy dedicated to eternal beauty.

Being a true world citizen with deep European cultural traditions Anna has lived and studied in Moscow, Duesseldorf, Antwerp and Paris before moving to Australia where she began her professional artistic career in 2006.

 

After achieving great recognition and acclaim Anna moved back to Europe in 2019. She lives and works in her atelier in Florence and in Cannes.

Anna Rubin’s art reflects her personality, culture and life experiences around the world. Her authenticity has contributed to her success in international art fairs and with sold-out solo and collective exhibitions in Australia, Singapore, Japan, France, Monaco and now in Florence. 

 

In 2014 she was nominated Australian of the year, won the national Award for the Cultural Impact in Australia and won the international Sunshine Coast ArtPrize in 2015.

Recently Anna won two prestigious awards, the “Concorso Dante 2020” (Florence, Italy) and the Art-Market International Art Magazine “Gold List 2021” (NY, USA).

Anna Rubin’s art has been recognised by important private and corporate collectors internationally as recorded in the Art Sales Digest, Art Auctions and Art Consultancies.
