Communicate by email your intention to return, including photos of the painting as received, and the reason for returning. You will then ship at the return address we will provide. Insurance and adequate packing necessary. No reimbursement if the artwork is returned damage due to inadequate packing. Full reimbursement of the cost of the painting will be made within 15 days from receipt of the returned artwork.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, depending on countries of destination. Rates are based on size and weight, as well as on the recipient's country. They include packing, shipping, and whenever necessary (specifically, shipping outside of the EU) all required documentation for the export of artwork.

Depending on day of departure, deliveries within Europe and Italy may arrive within 1 week. For other countries please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
