The figure is sitting on a high stool wearing a red jacket open enough to reveal her seminude body. She wears high heels, a large necklace and has her legs crossed. Holding her glass, she appears pensive, waiting for someone or something. The artists says this was an experimental piece to work out a composition on a very tall canvas.
